Join Leesi the creator of FabPole for an exciting workshop introducing you to the world of FabPole, a beautiful combination of aerial fabric and vertical pole. If you've ever seen or experienced this unique fusion, you know how much fun it is! In this workshop, we'll explore pirouettes, knot-tying techniques, spins and progress into basic fabric-supported inverts and shapes. This 2025 FabPole Flow is great for new and old FabPole enthusiasts.

Needed: Shorts, and a shirt that covers the entire torso and underarms.
