FabPole™, vertical pole, acrobatics, aerial dance, and fitness are dangerous and strenuous activities and involve the risk of physical injury and/or death. You understand that you may sustain physical injury and/or death while engaging in such activities and that you should check with your physician before engaging in these activities. The purchaser and/or user of the Nexus Wrap™ with  Sling System™  and FabPole fabric for any or a combination of activities above understands the risk and agrees that  L’Ru Studios, LLC and/or its officers, directors, members, employees, trainers, coaches, instructors, agents, and lessors collectively are not liable for any physical injury and/or death caused during these activities. By purchasing or using aerial equipment, including, but not limited to, vertical poles, fabric, carabiners, swivels, slings, runners, daisy chains, and any other forms of equipment, the purchaser or user agrees that FabPole™ and L’Ru Studios LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, or death caused during the use of aerial equipment and/or aerial dance, acrobatics activities and/or any other activities or equipment. FabPole™ and L’Ru Studios LLC advise that you consult and/or hire a professional aerial coach for instruction. It is recommended that a professional rigger be hired for the installation of these and all aerial apparatus. FabPole™ fabric/silks should only be used for FabPole activities and dance. You should never use this product for aerial dance or acrobatics.

THE USE OF THESE PRODUCTS AND PROCEDURES IS DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Shipping:

FabPole product orders usually take 2-4 weeks to ship.
Custom color orders may take longer.
Please make sure your shipping address is updated in PayPal.
Leaving a note or email does not guarantee the correct shipping address.
ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
International Orders: Email info@fabpole.net with the shipping address for international shipping costs. FabPole will provide worldwide service. Processing times for Foreign Orders may take longer. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The buyer is responsible for duties and customs fees. Carriers shipping international packages may charge an additional brokerage fee upon delivery.
FabPole is not responsible for any of these charges. Shipments with USPS are not traceable once they leave the USA.
FabPole is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments outside the USA.

 

Returns & Refunds:

FabPole products such as NWSS go through a quality control check for any defects.
We would be happy to replace or repair the product for defects not caused by incorrect use and/or normal wear and from use for up to 6 months from the purchase date.
Please provide us with an image of the defect at info@fabpole.net, to start the replace or repair process.
Purchase of NWSS and FabPole fabric can be returned for a full refund if the item is in its original packaging, smoke-free, and unused.
Customers pay the shipping on all returns, repairs, and replacements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice.
FabPole is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography.

FabPole tutorials are intended for individual use. The FabPole fairies have worked very hard to prepare these tutorials. Please support us by not sharing the tutorials with your friends or on the internet and/or copying them from another individual. These tutorials are for your non-commercial, personal use only. Your survey responses help us create more possibilities to strengthen the FabPole community so please think about taking the surveys when available.

Workshop, Lesson and Session Cancellation Policy:
Workshops, lessons and sessions are scheduled in advance through email and an agreement between you and Leesi. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must inform Leesi and arrange a new appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited. If you do not show up or fail to cancel and reschedule your workshop, lesson or feedback session the activity the
will be forfeited.

We understand that unexpected things can come up. Therefore, you are allowed one rescheduling if you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not show up within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled activity time, the rescheduled session will be reduced by 10 minutes.

Refund Policy:
FabPole tutorials, training, lessons, workshops and sessions are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this business and learning platform, we do not provide refunds.
